Don’t miss these Indiana towns when you search
St. Joseph County has two main cities, South Bend and Mishawaka, with smaller towns and communities around them, including Granger, New Carlisle, Osceola and Lakeville. To the east, the city of Elkhart is the heart of Elkhart County, which also contains portions of Granger.
Prices, home styles and commutes differ from one town to the next, so many buyers compare more than one before they decide.
South Bend
South Bend is the largest city in St. Joseph County and sits next to the University of Notre Dame. We can show you how its neighborhoods compare using recent sales.
Mishawaka
Mishawaka sits on the St. Joseph River next to South Bend, and the two are the county’s main cities. We can compare homes here with similar homes in South Bend.
Granger

Osceola

New Carlisle
